AmeriCorps VISTA full-time position:
Communities Investing in Families has a
full-time position to begin August 8, 2008 for an AmeriCorps VISTA
participant. Applications are being accepted now through June 10th.
The VISTA position will provide leadership and assistance in
expanding a regional financial literacy program and expanding free
tax preparation services in partnership with the local Community
Action Council.
For 40 years, VISTA has been helping bring communities and
individuals out of poverty. Today nearly 7,000 VISTA members serve
in hundreds of nonprofit organizations and public agencies
throughout the country, working to fight illiteracy, improve health
services, create businesses, increase housing opportunities, or
bridge the digital divide. For more information about VISTA, or to
